Usui's treatment method is carried out with five hand positions, on the head. This treats the whole body in a short time , great to fit into a lunch hour or if you need a bit of time to yourself but are a little short of cash, but need to de-stress.

Reiki Life Force with Crystal Healing

For a more beneficial experience add crystals to your Reiki treatment. Crystals have unique identities and properties. The crystals I use in Reiki are, Clear Quartz at the third eye, Citrine at the throat and Rich Jade at the heart. If you have your own crystals and would prefer to use them please feel free to bring them along.

Got a niggling problem that your sure wont ease by itself, one session of reiki might help 20% but a full clearing over 3 weekly sessions would be of the most benefit in the longterm. If you would like to try first why not get in touch for a £10 taster session.
I also offer full body spray tans to offer that healthy glow throughout the year, I know that having a bit of colour makes me feel happier so why not try it yourself at £10 a time it's a bargain way for a quick pamper, or book a tanning party with me (5 person minimum), and hostess gets theirs free.
